Dr. Tarika Singh Sikarwar is a distinguished academician and seasoned administrator with over 19+ years of experience in higher education, specializing in finance and strategic management. She is currently serving as the Professor and Head Department of Finance at the Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior, where she has been instrumental in shaping academic curricula, fostering research culture, and enhancing institutional governance.

Dr. Sikarwar holds a Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, with her research focusing on the comparative analysis of traditional performance measures versus Economic Value Added (EVA). She has also qualified the UGC-NET in Management and completed an MBA with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Jaipur.
